The following population subgroups are at higher risk of infant mortality: *Mother's race (Utahns who are Black or African American, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander) *Mother's age (mothers younger than 19 years, older than 40 years) *Mother's low educational attainment (high school diploma or less) *Mother being unmarried
