Population Estimates = sources are listed below:
  • State, county, local health district = Utah Population Estimates Committee (UPEC) and the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget (GOPB), years 1980-1999
  • State, county, local health district = National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) through a collaborative agreement with the U.S. Census Bureau, years 2000 to Present
  • Utah Small Areas = The population estimates were produced by the Utah Department of Health Center for Health Data and Informatics. Linear interpolation of U.S. Census Bureau and ESRI ZIP Code data provided annual population estimates for ZIP Code areas by sex and age groups.
  • Race/Ethnicity = Population estimates by age, sex, race, and Hispanic origin for counties in Utah, U.S. Bureau of the Census.
