Publications Introduction

Welcome to the IBIS-PH Utah Department of Health publications page. Publications are designed to provide the most frequently requested data/information. Publications typically contain detailed analysis of numerical data along with supporting contextual data. Publications also contain summaries and specific graphical data charts.

Getting Started

PREREQUISITE: Online publications are typically contained within an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. You will need an Acrobat Reader browser plugin installed on your local computer to view them.

The IBIS-PH website provides access to UDOH publications in the following ways:
  • Main Publications Index page. This page contains an index of the main UDOH offices which have publications. Also available on this page is a special search feature. This search option uses the Utah Government Publications Online Digital Library search engine which has cataloged and indexed all UDOH online reports.
  • By UDOH Office. This is a list of links to UDOH Offices that contain publications. If you know the office, the navigation menu also contains a sub menu of those main UDOH offices which contain publications.

The IBIS-PH website does NOT directly contain nor store any Utah Department of Health publications. This section of the IBIS-PH website simply provides an interface to access the various online Utah publications. Because publications reside on different websites and servers, you will leave the IBIS-PH webiste after selecting a publication. To get back to this site, simply use your browser's back button. You may also "right-click" on the report link and choose to open the publication in a new window.
