2013-2015 data show the following population subgroups at higher risk of infant mortality: *Mother's race (Utahns who are Black or African American, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander) *Maternal age (mothers younger than 19, older than 40) *Mother's low educational attainment (high school diploma or less) *Mother being unmarried
